Contest will run from February 10, 2008 to May 10, 2008.

Employees of Worldwide Biggies, Inc., TMZ, and their affiliates, partners, related companies, agencies, licensees or assigns and their immediate families are not eligible to receive prizes hereunder.

Winners of each weekly drawing will be contacted at the email address used to register for Star vs Star. The person receiving and replying to the winner announcement email will be considered the winner unless another person is specified within the reply email as the winner.

Claiming of prizes requires an email response from the prospective winner within 30 days of being notified. Failure to respond shall mean that the prize is forfeited. Forfeited prizes will not be re-awarded.

Prizes will be mailed to the address supplied by the recipient of the winner announcement email within thirty (30) days of response.

Winners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility.

Winners name, likeness and biography may be used for promotional purposes.

If the specified prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, a prize of like or equal value may be substituted.
